Which wineries do you want to visit? With more than 75 wineries on the Woodinville Wine Tours choosing the stops on your tour can be daunting. How many people are attending? This will determine the size of the vehicle you need and contribute to the cost of the tour. Let our experienced and knowledgeable sales team help you decide what size vehicle will best suit your needs. Keep in mind some of the wineries are limited in size and space, which could be a factor when planning your experience. For corporate groups with large numbers of attendees, one option may be to travel in separate buses and to different wineries rather than going all at once to the same location. How long do you want the tour to be? The number of hours also contributes to the cost. The amount of time you have available also helps to determine how many wineries you are able to visit in that time period. We generally estimate about 5-7 hours for a tour of two wineries: an hour to get to the wineries (depending on pickup location), 1½ hours at each winery, 15 minutes transit time between wineries (depending on which wineries are selected), and an hour for the return.

A valid credit card is required to reserve every vehicle. Charter services (weddings, wine tours, proms and point-to-point trips) require a non-refundable 20% deposit and a 14-day cancellation notice. Standard cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup (48 hours for hourly and long-distance trips). Airport wait beyond the grace period is billed at $50 (sedan) / $70 (SUV) / $105 (luxury van) per half hour. All bridge and road tolls are added to the final invoice.
